Happy Thanksgiving to everyone! I hope you have a great Thanksgiving day and eat tons of goodies! I’ll be spending the day with my family back in my hometown. Most likely eating my own weight in food.
Since I tend to write about food a lot (can’t help it, I like to eat). I thought I’d share some creative uses for Thanksgiving leftovers:
Thanksgiving Turkey Cake Recipe – If you try this one you gotta let me know. I’m gagging just looking at it!
Leftover Turkey Casserole – This one looks pretty good and easy to make.
Mashed Potato and Roasted Vegetable Enchiladas – I don’t really like mashed potatoes (weird I know) but this sounds pretty good. Just substitute leftover Thanksgiving vegetables and use your leftover mashed potatoes instead of the instant potatoes in the recipe.
Turkey Cranchiladas – This sounds very yummy! I want to try this one.
Turkey Calzones – Another easy recipe that looks delicious.
Cranberry, Stuffing and Turkey ideas – Easy tips to get the most out of your leftovers.
This article discusses how to transport your leftovers as well as what to do with them when you get home.
Hopefully these articles will give you some ideas to make sure your Thanksgiving leftovers are used up and don’t go to waste.
Enjoy the holiday!
