Most of these fitness apps are free, or you have the option to upgrade to a better version of the app. For me personally, I’m content with the original, simple version of the fitness app (in most cases).

I bought this app years ago and it’s still awesome and entertaining for my runs. If you’re into zombies, this app is perfect for you. This app is definitely motivational and keeps the heart pumping. It’s basically like playing a video game as you are running, and you also have to check in at different checkpoints and complete certain goals.
This app is continually updating to make it better and better. You can set different goals for yourself and even for your friends. You can track your workouts and log food as well. I’ve been using this app for years and the updates make it even more convenient for my healthy lifestyle. MapMyRun makes it easy to remember what workouts you’ve done by keeping track of the distances on map. So whether you like running, cycling, hiking, this app will help you reach your goals and make you better than ever.
5. Noom Coach.
Do you need help with tracking your nutrition? Most people use MyFitnessPal, but Noom Coach makes it even easier to keep track of. This app gets all of the math and calculations done for your nutrition. Are you a fan of eating out at restaurants a lot? This application has all of the nutrition info for most fast food restaurants and dine in restaurants alike. Noom also has groups you can take apart of to stay supported throughout your health journey.
